Eventizer Pte Ltd – Social Live Executive

Responsible for the overall operation of the live commerce which encompasses scheduling, planning, preparation, streaming, checkout & payment setting, delivery. 

Responsible for confirmed order packing and logistic arrangement, venue & hardware setup, customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Work closely with Director in managing business operation and team of Live Hosts & Coordinator. 

-Prepare conducive venue for live streaming both onsite & offsite by ensuring readiness of Wifi / data connection, phone, laptop, mic, camera, backdrop.

-Ensure products are packed properly and timely according to order before activate delivery for collection.

-Be aware of delivery partners, schedule & options. 

-Render support to live host & coordinator occasionally. 

-Coordinate supplier's products, delivery & offsite venue setup.

-Be aware of price structure, set selling price & sales target.

-Maintain & attend to social group & channel.

-Identify potential products to list in -ecommerce store, market place.

-Resolve and follow through customer service related matters (feedbacks, delivery, products, exchange, service etc).

-Work towards meeting target as a team.

Requirement:

-Tech Savy, good with computer.

-Good in management skill, organized, independent. 

-Easy to work with people, able to delegate and prioritize task.

-Experience in Live Commerce logistic and packing is an added advantages. 

-With retail or e-commerce experience, keen and willing to learn.

-Passionate and apprehend the potential in live and social commerce and wanted to learn, excel and contribute to this vibrant and challenging industry. 

-Willing to work hard to see through result, as a team.

-Willing to work at retail hours, some night shift, weekends, public holidays.

-Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, achieving as a team, sharing successes and growth together.
