Requirements

• Outgoing personality, positive attitude and creative communicator
• Committed and passionate about teaching math to pre and primary level children
• Be familiar with MOE syllabus or have prior working experience teaching pre-schoolers or children with special needs would be useful.
• Willing and able to conduct online lessons in an engaging and fun way
• Interest in developing engaging curriculum or ad-hoc activities for young children to aid the children’s learning journey

Role

• Conduct lessons with enthusiasm
• Switch from student to student, coaching them individually using various methods to meet their learning needs
• Monitor and track progress of students
• Provide regular feedback to parents/guardians of students’ learning progress
• Evaluate and update accurate records of students’ progress
• Marking of existing student’s work to familiarise with students level of learning
• Support in other administrative duties where necessary
• Cover teaching duties for teachers who are absent
• Market additional learning services where necessary
