Reception Duties
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct calls
- Greet, welcome and attend to visitors
- Receive parcels and shipments
- Collect mails from mail box
General Administration
- Maintains contract with vendors and suppliers
- Purchase office supplies/stationary and pantry supplies
- Managing calendars, arranging meetings and events
- Maintaining the Time Keeping, Holiday Calendar and Absence record after approval from relevant Line Managers.
- Delivering general administrative work and support to the Top Management (such as expense reports) whenever it is necessary
- Assist in receiving invoices
- Liaise with external contractors regarding issues of maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
