Eurofin Investments Pte Ltd – Compliance Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in KYC, Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence
• Assist in ensuring the company’s procedures complies within the regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Assist in the monitoring of business activities and transactions
• Prepare periodic regulatory reports to MAS and other applicable regulators
• Maintain reporting records, filings, logs related to compliance functions
• Work alongside Head of Compliance in the improvements of controls, reports, and procedures in order to maintain the highest and best compliance framework within the Company
• Monitor and maintain AML/KYC/CFT/STRO/FATCA/CRS logs and filings to ensure timely and accurate reporting including responding to queries on the same
• Keep abreast of latest regulatory changes applicable to the Company
• Assist in handling any other ad-hoc compliance issues which may arise

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Compliance or related fields
• Experience in compliance, regulator or audit would be an added advantage
• Proficient with MS Excel and working with data
• Able to multitask and learn quickly
• A good team player
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Salary range: S$2,500 - 3,000
