Our team are made up of experienced and passionate project managers and developers. We're angel-funded, on track for seed funding and looking to make huge waves in the F&B industry.

Projects Intern
The Projects Intern assists the Program Manager in championing and assuring the success of our F&B digitalisation programs which includes gathering requirements, liaising, providing product demo and onboarding of clients to our programs. You will work as a member of Eunoia interdisciplinary team to create market-leading offerings for clients.
This role requires a unique blend of real-world experience and theory, entrepreneurial zeal, and boardroom polish. The Projects Intern reports to the Program Manager.
Duties
Your role within an interdisciplinary team will vary from project to project, but some example briefs include:
1. Uncovering and articulating deep insights
∙ Gather requirements from clients and their customers
∙ Help clients identify and develop new growth options
∙ Maintain a high degree of rigour throughout the planning and leading fieldwork to discover insights
∙ Develop and test hypotheses with your team. Questions the choices and iterate until you get it right.
2. Synthesize insights and propose a business recommendation
∙ Support the team (and client) through the analysis and synthesis process and distill down to the most important insights
∙ Connect insights from research and translate them into a useful foundation for design or business recommendation
∙ Curate business design and recommendation and analyse how Eunoia Platform can cater to them
3. Design and monitor project delivery
∙ Track milestones and deliverables against the project plan
∙ Assure the quality of project deliverables
∙ Prepares and presents internal status reports
∙ Provide an on-going review of Eunoia processes for effectiveness
Skills & Experience Needed:
∙ Currently studying for a Bachelor Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
∙ Business and technical analysis abilities is a plus
∙ Experience in F&B is a plus
∙ Knowledge in Design Thinking Methodology will be an advantage
∙ Comfortable with clients, working as a collaborator and advisor, and the ability to confidently and credibly share your point of view and expertise.
∙ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∙ Ability to pull together multiple different, and sometimes conflicting, inputs (requirement vs. product roadmap and capabilities) into a common point of view.
