Job Description
In this role, you’ll be the guardian of our digital user experience. You will have the opportunity to define a strategy for testing new features and functionality and be responsible for improving the quality of our products.
You are our ideal candidate if you are willing to take on challenges. You have keen attention to detail and are exceptionally good at identifying inconsistencies and flaws. You can juggle multiple tasks at once and not lose track of the little things. You’re looking for a role with substantial opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Product Development

  • Work closely with the technical and projects team to document, develop and roll out product features

  • Assist Product Manager with workflow documentation and creation

  • Ability to innovate and create product features that fit into the product roadmap

  • Process Implementation

  • Work closely with the Product Manager to implement new processes and product roadmap

  • Provide consistent documentation for product features

  • Work closely with support and quality assurance team to prepare test cases and record the product workflow


Skill Requirements:

 

  • Graduates from any disciplines are welcome to apply

  • Open to new ideas and able to engage with various stakeholders

  • Decisive, creative, and meticulous with good negotiation skills

  • A positive can-do attitude

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
