Esthemedica Pte. Ltd. – eCommerce Intern (Nutraceutical)

Job Description

Working closely with the rest of the Marketing Team, the Intern will be given the opportunity to develop ecommerce strategies and sales promotion campaign to launch an exciting new brand. Responsibilities include, but not restricted to:

• Create vendor account on eCommerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10)

• Update and manage own online shop to ensure pleasant customer experience.
• Ensure content is updated timely on all eCommerce channels
• Propose on strategies and promotion mechanics to increase product visibility on all eCommerce channels
• Propose and execute eCommerce campaign and drive campaign KPIs
• Customer service support and response to enquiries and feedbacks.
• Regular competitor monitoring and reporting.
• Track campaign effectiveness and constantly seek ways for improvement.
• Identify new opportunities and propose campaigns accordingly.
• Handling sales orders for all eCommerce channels.

Requirements

• Singaporean/ Singapore PR
• Min Diploma / ‘A’ level graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or any relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce Channels (eg. Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, Carousell, etc)
• Attentive to details and particular about accuracy, especially in copywriting.
• Familiar with Content Management Systems (WooCommerce and WordPress)
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with photo/videography and photo/video-editing is preferred
• Customer oriented, friendly and pleasant personality
• Team player with strong intuitive and great ideas
• Independent, proactive and take ownership of own projects
• Ability to work under a tight timeline in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and able to prioritize tasks when necessary
• Passion in nutraceuticals (health & wellness) and beauty products is a must.
