Job Description

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You would be joining the regional HR team, managing SEA, Korea, India & Japan, based in Singapore. During your internship, you will assist project owners in various topic, particularly HRIS projects. This included but not limited to HRIS database mapping, data migration, user acceptance testing, develop user guide for training purpose for new HRIS system go live. Responsible for data accuracy, ensure efficiency in HR Management database post amalgamation.


You would gain experience HR info management system, project management, change management, stakeholder manager, reporting and communications through the internship.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Support the project owners in database mapping and data migration from current system to new HRIS system.
  • Support in user acceptance test and rolling out of new HRIS system functionally.
  • Assist in ongoing process documentation, implementation, reporting.
  • Develop user guide/manual for training purposes to relevant users involved, to ensure seamlessly transformation in using new HRIS system.
  • Support in ad-hoc projects as and when required.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently studying with HR/ Business/ Management
  • Strong project management skills to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and comfortable working with data and numbers
  • Detailed oriented, manage data accuracy, analytical mindset and agility in suggesting effective solutions in HR Management.
  • Excellent Microsoft PPT and excel.
  • Positive, proactive attitude, fast learner.
  • Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills.
