Coordinate the action to support the yearly career services programme and events on ESSEC Asia Pacific Campus.

Duties and responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Head of Career Services, you will be expected to perform the following tasks and duties:

Job Description for Coordinator, Career Services

  • Administration & Database
  • Broadcast and communicate internships, career opportunities to students in collaboration with campus in France
  • Provide assistance and support as required for all programmes and events under the Career Services portfolio
  • Work closely with respective managers, vendors and finance department to ensure prompt PO creations, invoice payments and tracking
  • Maintain and administer the database of employers and companies
  • Organize and maintain all documents, files, photos, videos and materials in a neat and systematic manner
  • Partner with the Career Advisors deliver a positive and holistic Student Experience
  • Keep abreast and updated about MOM / local employment legislation’s regarding work passes.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and tasks as required
  • To assist in research and gathering data for Graduate Employment surveys


  • Events Management
  • Assist and manage career fairs, career workshops for students, professional talks, networking sessions for students, corporate partners and alumni.
  • Manage and send invitations and reminders to guests and students who are invited for career events
  • Logistics duties
