We’re looking for that special someone to join our small team to manage our studio in Singapore. Being a tight team, the role will also require input across the business, so we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is a pivotal role that will develop over time for the right person.
The purpose of this position is to support the brand to help drive sales, engage and retain customers, and grow the brand in Singapore.
The ideal candidate should have a high standard of personal presentation and style, with a good eye for detail. You should also have a genuine interest in fashion and sustainability.
Managing our studio appointments and pop-ups, you are a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills. As a DTC brand, it will be an extra bonus if you have some experience with eCommerce and social media platforms.

You are able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and be inherently curious and willing to engage across all areas of the company to achieve business outcomes.
Retail Operations
o Management of day to day operations including administration (receiving stocks, tagging and packing stocks) and stock control
o Conduct replenishment of studio store stock
o Ensure that the studio is tidy and upkeep expectations are being adhered to
o Preparing line sheets and stocks for delivery
o Conduct stock takes to ensure that stock quantities are accurate
o Support the preparation of loan requests, sample collection management and ongoing communication as required for press and editorial requests
o Packing and fulfilling online orders
Sales and Customer Engagement
o Promote and manage studio appointments and pop-ups to drive sales at Esse’s studio and pop-ups
o Assist with fitting sessions, customers' made-to-order and customisation requests
o Provide feedback to the management and stakeholders
o Collect payment and pack customers’ purchases
Creative Support
o Support the preparation of loan requests and sample collection management as required for press and editorial requests
o Manage photoshoots in Singapore
