Job Expectation
- Build database for Finance department to facilitate finance reports generation
- Collaborate with business analyst to implement daily system audit file and database
- Automate finance process using available tools or by building new tools that are user friendly.
Job description
The successful applicant will:
- Assist with building database for Finance using MS Access
- Assist with implementing daily system audit file from core system to financial system
- To build a software to convert data in MS Excel to XFDF
- Assist with building VBA for MAS worksheets
- Assist with building VBA for reconciliation worksheets
- Assist with automating journal entries from lease engine worksheet
- Design and build an expense management software with data interface to financial system
- Any other ad hoc duties as may be assigned
