Er Yuan Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

We seek interns who resonate with our missions and are ready to own real projects. You will build a comprehensive marketing skill set—from corporate comms and branding to digital campaigns—by executing work that matters. Self-starters are encouraged to propose and lead initiatives, gaining hands-on project management experience from day one.

Content Research, Creation, and Management

• Create original content: Conceptualise, write, translate, and design visuals for digital and print, using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut.
• Manage blog content: Plan, write, and produce articles, visuals, and videos for the blogs. Research topics and define goals and target audiences.
• Repurpose existing content: Adapt long-form articles into other formats like social media posts, guides, or infographics.
• Manage testimonials: Collect and organise all testimonials in a central Google Drive for use in marketing materials.
• Conduct research: Explore new topics and ideas for future content and proposals.

Digital Marketing Support

• SEO Management: Keep all digital content optimised with relevant keywords in meta data, alt text, and articles.
• Paid Ads (SEM): Execute paid search and display campaigns. Tasks include creating ad banners, setting up retargeting, and building landing pages.
• Email Campaigns: Drive email marketing efforts from concept to execution to support broader goals.
• Social Media: Brainstorm, plan, and manage content calendars for social platforms. Create fun, engaging posts and videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Monitor how well the posts perform and help brainstorm ideas to do better.

Event Coordination & Setup

• Assist with planning and coordinating all event details.
• Pack, sort, and label all event materials like décor and equipment.
• Help set up and tear down event spaces, including placing décor and layout.
• Manage the event inventory, tracking items before and after each event.

On-Site Event Day Support

• Help with event day operations, including registration and signage placement.
• Assist the production team during rehearsals and the live event.
• Support backstage prep and coordinate with vendors on-site.
• Ensure all materials are properly packed and accounted for post-event.

Administrative & Vendor Support

• Maintain event checklists, stock lists, and packing records.
• Research and compare vendors for décor, rentals, and supplies.
• Assist with office organisation and material prep between projects.
• Photograph event setups for future reference.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A genuine passion for event management and execution.

 Other Information:

• Pay from $800 to $1000 per month.
• 5-Day Work Week (Monday - Friday)
• Able to commit on weekends for events
• Work from home is negotiable.
