Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive IT Operational Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in supporting the end-to-end process of hardware deployment and providing assistance in system testing, on-site troubleshooting, and other key operational tasks that contribute to the smooth delivery of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, test hardware such as POS systems, kiosks, printers, tablets, and related devices for deployment.

  • Assist with on-site deployment and installation at client locations, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

  • Perform troubleshooting on hardware and system issues during and post-deployment.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary resources and information for deployment execution.

  • Help manage inventory, maintain documentation, and support operational logistics.

  • Provide general support to daily operational workflows that contribute to business continuity.
