Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing accurate orthodontic print models using prescribed techniques and materials.
• Assist in blocking out undercuts on orthodontic models to ensure accurate fabrication of orthodontic appliances.
• Perform suction procedures to fabricate orthodontic appliances, following the instructions provided by senior lab technicians.
• Clean and wash retainers and models to ensure proper sterilization and hygiene.
• Take high-quality photographs of completed cases and upload them into the lab's digital system for documentation and reference purposes.
• Assist lab technicians in the preparation and operation of 3D printers for orthodontic models and appliances.
• Manage inventory of orthodontic materials and supplies, including tracking stock levels, reordering as necessary, and maintaining a well-organized and clean lab environment.
