Job Description

The PMO Intern will be working closely with PMO Analyst, Project Leads and various internal and external supporting/functional groups to support the project execution. The candidate shall be responsible for executing administrative tasks associated with managing projects. The candidate shall have strong communication skills, MS Office skills, and a sense of responsibility.

 

The scope of work includes:

  • Project Execution Support
  • Support PMO Analysts in the key projects including obtaining and consolidating data from project teams for reporting purposes.
  • Project Documentation
  • Support PMO Analyst and Project Leads in project documentation and administrative processes.
  • Take responsibility of processes and documentation control and archive.
  • Process Improvement and Standards Development
  • To identify processes and activities for improvement to improve department productiveness.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior working experience in project management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
  • Understanding of MS Office applications including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and work under stress
