- Perform year end Stock count exercise for CW warehouses and all Ensign assets. Making sure all equipment are accounted for and put up recommendations or approval for disposal (eg obsolete models)
- Yearly disposal exercise with external disposal vendor. To make sure all equipment are correctly disposed with destruction certification.
- Making sure assets information are correctly updated into system (eg location/serial no./asset co-ordinator)
- Perform registering of asset and printing out of label assets for all assets with S/N for asset tracking
- Update WD records, eg perform asset transfer request etc
- Liase with Vendor on delivery & collection of goods and internal stakeholders on collecting spares equipment for projects.
- Perform Goods receipts once completion doc are submitted
