Empire Fine Chinese Cuisine – Senior Branding and Marketing Executive

Empire Fine Chinese Cuisine Pte Ltd was incorporated in November 2019. Our restaurant was officially opened on 24th October 2020 at Ngee Ann City, Orchard Road. Our team is made up of chefs and managers with years of experience running several Michelin Star restaurants. Empire Fine Chinese Cuisine radiates the local food scene by offering top-notch culinary execution of traditional Cantonese & Teochew delights and Dim Sum.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the innovation of marketing ideas

• Design marketing strategies and execute plans to meet company objectives

• Be wholly responsible for management of the company’s owned channels such as company’s website and social media platforms

• Drive and execute planned offline and online content

• Ensure brand compliance in all communication materials

• Perform community building proactively by managing customer engagement to ensure a good user experience

• Keep update of the industry’s latest design trends, consumer behavior, and competitors’ developments

• Work closely with Operations to achieve desired results

• Other ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Buisness or equivalent.

• Preferrably 1 Year of relevant working experience in Marketing.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Proficiency in English and Chinese with excellent writing skills as writing of chinese articles is required.

• Excellent planning & organisation skills.

• Good attitude with the ability to work independent.

• Creative, Confident & self-motivated.

• Ability to work under pressure with little supervision
