Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan Town Council events
- Assist in the publication of Town Council articles and newsletter
- Attend to residents' feedback and comments
- Promote a positive branding for corporate image
Requirement
- Candidate currently Degree in Pursuing an Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in Events Management and Marketing Communications (Marcom)
- Excellent grammar / spelling skills and fluent in a second language
- Able to provide admin support with excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and design tools like Canva
- Pleasant and warm personality and has experience in customer service (ie: face-to-face or online)
- An eye for details and has great proofreading skills
- Able to coordinate projects with stakeholders / vendors and always mindful of deadlines
- A great team player
