• Assisting the manager to oversee the daily operations of lifts, including monitoring lift performance and ensuring that lifts are operated in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assisting the manager to manage lift technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations based on Town Council Management Report (TCMR).
• Assisting the manager to ensure that lifts are maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
• Address customer complaints and concerns regarding lift operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that lifts are integrated effectively into the overall resort operation.
• Be familiarize with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Develop and implement lift safety procedures and protocols.
• Assisting the manager to provide regular reports to management on lift operations and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
