Elliot James is a luxury interior design consultancy operating at the highest end of the market with private and commercial clientele with experience on full turnkey project design and renovations of landed properties, penthouse apartments, exclusive apartments, luxury corporate workspaces, show-flats, hotels, restaurants and bars.
The candidate must have experience but not limited to the followings:
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all design and drafting matters including space planning, details, 2D & 3D on assigned projects.
• Work closely with project designers to ensure designs are in accordance with contractual and client's agreement
• Ensure that project assignment is completed within the given deadline
• Work closely with project team members
• Preparation of full presentation package for clients
Requirements
• Only Singaporean/PR need to apply
• Must possess relevant Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Interior Design
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Must be able to work well in team structures, under tight deadlines & heavy workload
• Proactive and excellent in problem-solving
• Professional knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D studio max, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (Powerpoint, word, excel)
• Professional knowledge of Revit not a requirement, but a bonus
• Good understanding of design (composition, planning, materials, details, furniture and fixtures)
• Good communication, interpersonal and observation skills
• Bilingual in English
