JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of ingredients required
- Ensuring that workstation is set up with necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain and ensure cleanliness of equipment
- Portion, arrange and garnish food prepared
- Ensure that all food and other items are stored appropriately
- Cook and plate up dishes, assist in the operations of food preparation in accordance to the company’s SOP and achieve consistency in food execution and plating
- Provide assistance to other cooks
- Optimize work processes with attention to speed and quality
- Ensure work area is kept sanitary and neat at all times
- Dishwashing
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Great team-player & positive attitude
- Willing to work on shifts & weekends
- 1 year of working experience in the related fields
DETAILS
Remunerations: $2600-$2800 monthly
