Job Description

The opportunity

Confident of your skills to win over new clients? We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us market and grow our business.

As we are a start-up, we are open to business development/sales interns. Remuneration can be discussed according to your skillsets, with a base salary and additional bonus for lead conversions.

  • We have been working to develop a website and mobile application that aims to bridge missed connections -- both for dating and influencer-fan interaction.
  •  A twist from a proven brick and mortar business model. With potential for exponential scale-up and growth.

We are not starting from scratch. We have developed an alternative dating/rent a friend platform that we have been running for the last 1.5 years

 

What we can offer

To clarify, this is not a conventional job ad -- we are just a team of hustlers looking for other hustlers to work alongside part time to build and launch a product we can call ours.

We offer part-time, flexible arrangements and offer a base + commission structure as you start demonstrating a flair for the business and job requirement.

 

What you can offer

- Lead Generation & Management

  1. With the help of the founders, you will be required to build client lists and identify key partners that will be keen to form partnerships with us. Some of the daily tasks include actively responding to inbound emails and messaging and following up on leads and maintain an active pipeline of customers
  2. Use chat tools to qualify prospects on the various communication channels Do market and industry research to figure out pain points and potential opportunities

- Sharpen your business development skills

  1. You will learn how to identify business opportunities and leads and be exposed to the art of maintaining fruitful relationships with clients
  2. Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel and the art of lead qualification which is crucial in the sales and marketing of any company. Knowledge of web-scraping or analytical tools to generate leads will be a plus
