Elique.co – Interior Designer cum Project Management

Founded in early 2020, Elique is an all-rounded renovation and design company with years of expertise in commercial real estate. Before that, our team collaborated with numerous esteemed brands in Singapore including Pezzo Group, BP De Silva Group, Luxasia Group and other boutique stores.

Job Scope:

I. Obtain and understand Clients’ design brief and instructions. 

II. Execute design work, including bit not limiting to mood boards, renderings, perspectives, line drawings, both in two-dimensional and three-dimensional formats. 

III. Prepare project timelines with milestones, thereafter, carry out project supervision duties to deliver KPIs in terms of budget and time management. 

IV. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and third-party specialists for projects. 

V. Work closely with sales and marketing in securing tenders and projects. 

VI. Assist in liaising with suppliers on materials and sample boards as well as customer purchases. 

VII. Any ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

I. Proficient in design software and programs, minimally autocad and photoshop

II. Basic knowledge in space planning

III. Creative and have passion in design works in both abstract and functionality aspects.

IV. Organised with good time management skills.

V. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

VI. Team player and able to work individually in terms of contingencies.

VII. Minimum 2 years of interior design experience; work experience in interior design sales an added advantage
