As the need for biblical counselling is growing not just in Singapore but across the globe, we’re looking for an ambitious intern to help us expand the message of hope and availability of help.
Role Overview:
As our Marketing and Social Media Intern, you will support Marketing & Communications by creating & publishing engaging content, managing our social channels, & helping drive awareness and engagement across our digital audiences. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work closely with the counsellor & have real ownership of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter) aligned with our brand voice and business updates.
- Assist in designing visuals and short-form video assets (carousel posts, reels, Stories) using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages & grow our community of followers organically.
- Analyse performance metrics (likes, shares, impressions, reach) and support the team with monthly insights reports and recommendations.
- Research industry trends, and thought-leadership topics relevant to counselling.
- Support ad-hoc digital campaigns (e.g., webinars, content downloads, event announcements).
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled(or recently graduated from) a marketing, communications or digital media.
- Passionate about social media, content creation and digital branding.
- Strong writing skills and keen eye for design, layout and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working with analytics; eager to learn more (basic understanding of social metrics).
- Proactive, creative mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter/X. Bonus if you’ve produced content for them before.
