Job Description
Duties
Production Assistant + Junior Creative Director (Intern) Assist the producer in all aspects of production from planning to managing budgets, managing crew, equipment and time-lines.
- Assist the producer in Managing Relationships with all Advertising Agencies
- Assist the Producer in projects, planning, execution and post-production
- Assist the producer in building up the director and crew roster in APAC
- Assist on Social Media content for the EL Films brand
- Work on PDF tenders/treatments concepts.
- KPIs: Assist Produce 1 – 2 x Projects per month
- Work closely with the team in Singapore
- Conceptual: creating Pre-Bid Decks, concepts and treatments across both Dubai and Singapore
- Creative dept in SG, assist in managing the editing schedule of any project
- Edit Suite: Offline/Online/Colour
- Working closely with Pabz on Building the tools + resources of the edit suit
