We are looking for candidates who are passionate about interacting with business owners on a day-to-day basis and propose solutions that will help them increase productivity and save costs. Training and coaching will be given to the candidates.
Job Description
- Provide technical support and training on hardware, and software
- Identifying the technical issue and liaising with the higher-level support engineer
- Ability to handle pressure and good communication with external clients
- Discover the new opportunity and collaborate with the sales team
- Good understanding about IP based networking
- Able to work independently or as a team player to support peers
- Ability to create and maintain an online knowledge base system
- Traveling to the client location may be required
- Alternate weekend support may be required
