Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating sales meetings and events.
Provide support in handling daily sales-related documentation.
Facilitate the sales process efficiently upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
Assist in taking minutes of meetings, documenting key notes and action items.
Rendering support for the sales team in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
Prepare Quatation/Invoices.
Assist the sales team in compiling and organizing required documents for client interactions, to support team members in the field.
Work in tandem with the sales team to streamline the sales process.
Focus primarily on administrative tasks, ensuring sales back-end operations run smoothly.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
