As the security landscape and the needs of clients had changed greatly since our inception, we had embarked into providing AI solutions since 2017.
- Job Description
- Support are responsible for setting up all AI hardware and ensuring said hardware is connected to the network.
- Diagnose Hardware and Software Issues
- Responsible for performing an initial diagnosis of the issue and documenting their findings. Escalate to engineer if problem cannot be resolved
- Document and Maintain AI Node Inventory
