We are looking for a curious and dynamic team player to work as a Business Analyst in Singapore for the 2 Business Units. The position will report directly to the Martech APAC Controller and Global Rewards Finance Director based in Singapore. Your responsibilities will include:
Global Rewards Market study and Analysis
- Compile market and competition data worldwide on relevant verticals and market
- Assess competitive advantages and benchmark with key industry players
- Support Management in business model creation and pitch decks
Project & business support
- Support Management in the Global Rewards business Unit transformation plan
- Coordinate project management with 3rd party suppliers / partners
- Participate in adhoc transversal Martech projects in APAC
- Participate to Martech and Global Rewards 3Y Strategic plan
You should possess the following education and professional experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Business administration, Economics or equivalent
- Years of Experience: Relevant experience in market search, consulting or business model definition (in Technology industry is a plus)
- Language: Good level of spoken and written English (French is a plus)
- IT tools: Microsoft office tools with high degree of proficiency in Excel Pivot Tables
