What you'll be doing:
- Maintain employees’ personnel files & records
- Assist with recruitment coordination
- Assist with on-boarding activities
- Assist with campus recruitment activities
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Purchase order (PO) creation in system
- Assist with expenses & reimbursement claims
- Handle mails & courier deliveries
- Assist with events & training coordination
- Maintain office supplies such as pantry & stationery items
- Ensure tracking files are kept up-to-date
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
