Job Description
  1.  HR Administration
  • Preparation of letters of salary review, confirmation, renewal of contract etc.
  • Processing of levy refund for foreign workers going on home leave.
  • Ensure timely submission of performance appraisal forms for confirmation of employment, timely renewal of contracts and arrangement of medical examinations.
  • Assist in submission of the various statutory and ad-hoc surveys.
  • Maintain proper HR records and filing.
  • Managing MOM and SNB related records.
  • Assist in procurement process for the department.
  1.  Welfare and benefits
  • Manage and keep proper records of all various types of claims.
  • Liaise with vendors on procurement matters.
  • Manage and keep proper records of all Hospital and Surgical insurance claims, workmen’s compensation etc.
  • Preparation of staff engagement items such as birthday cards and vouchers and participate in staff engagement activities.
  1.  Staff Stationery and Uniforms
  • Manage and keep proper records of stationery and staff uniforms and shoes.
  • Manage the ordering of staff cards, name tags and name cards.
  • Liaise with Purchasing department and vendors on related procurement matters.
  1.  Others
  • Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Assist in carrying out the full spectrum of human resource management for the company and subsidiaries of the company.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma in HRM.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Team player, mature thinking and hardworking
  • Meticulous and highly organised.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
