As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Company. This internship offers students valuable hands-on exposure to operational processes within a regulated general insurance environment, while developing practical business, coordination, and digital automation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling policy-related administrative matters, including quotations, follow-ups, preparation of email draft templates, and documentation support
• Support promotional data reconciliation and verification of customer-related information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to resolve or clarify operational issues
• Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and data summaries for internal stakeholders
• Support process improvement initiatives and digitalisation projects where applicable
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree/NITEC in Business, Operations, or related disciplines
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable using or learning automation and data tools such as Power Automate and Power Query
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment
