In June 2001, Chairman of NUS Engineering Internship Committee penned their appreciation for Eben’s dedication in training their interns. In subsequent years we received commendations from NTU, Singapore Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic.
To us every aspiring professional is different . And we usually begin with a training course on Applying Emotional Competence which past interns find it extremely helpful.
Compulsory Induction Training in English & Chinese in some of the items below designed to give a feel of a management consultant and trainer. ( Due to the short availability , it is usually not possible to cover all the items below ).
To assist the Consultants in some of the items below :

2. conducting success skill and leadership courses
3. corporate Training & Development for firms.
4. Productivity Diagnosis and Measurement Project and crafting Roadmaps for SMEs to improve their productivity.
5. marketing outreach presentations and initiatives .
Outcome : Working closely with our consulting team, interns will acquire personalized professional experience by first receiving training and then getting involved in real industrial projects under the close supervision of the consultants .The interns will learn through presentation skills, coaching, group interaction, rehearsal, personal grooming and fun activities.

Pay Type: Monthly
Pay Amount: $800 - $2000
Case by case depending on availability , aptitude and past experience .
