2.To assist project engineer/consultants inconducting success skill and leadership courses such as WSQ Problem Solving& Decision Making; WSQ Communicate & Relate effectively at workplace ; WSQ Service Excellence Courses , Behavioural safety , WSQ Demonstrate the Service Vision, WSQ Personal Effectiveness , WSQ Developing Innovative & Enterprising Behaviour, etc.
3.To be involved in Human Resource Training& Development for firms.
4.To pick up management consulting skills andbe involved in the marketing of Eben`s consulting packages.
