- Job Description
The Pastry Intern is responsible in assisting in the following:
- Maintain professional image at workplace
- Implement hygiene, safety and sanitation measures
- Clean cooking utensils, equipment and work area
- Prepare and bake pastry products
- Prepare pastry fillings and toppings
- Prepare decorations if required
- Prepare hot desserts
- Produce, finish, pack and store pastry products
- Other adhoc duties as required
