Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing the sales order, invoice, customer complain and others as required.
- To follow up with internal department in ensuring the order placed is in timely deliver.
- Liaise with sales team to schedule and arrange shipping to meet customer order.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely departure and arrival of shipment.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and production on planning and managing the movement of goods for shipment.
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
