Eatsy is a mobile app that allows users to order and pay for their food and drinks in advance, and then self-collect when their orders are ready. This helps them to skip the queue, skip the wait, simply by ordering ahead. We have more than 200+ merchants and a customer base of more than 100k users in Singapore. We are currently active in Singapore and Indonesia.
This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Business Development Lead. The successful incumbent will be the front of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy with strong desire to innovate and grow the business.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in person meetings and sell to prospects in Singapore
• Manage a portfolio of prospects accounts, and meet or exceed goals for account signing & activation
• Exceeds volume & quality targets while working independently
• Be the local market expert: gather clients’ feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management

• Outgoing and confident in their appearance
• Social character with positive attitude towards new challenges
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
• Flexible as clients do not always operate on 9-to-5 schedules
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
• Knowledge in F&B is a plus
• Experience in Pipedrive CRM is a plus
