We are an app that allow diners to order-ahead and pay at their favourite local eateries and coffee shops, such that their orders are ready to pick up when they arrive. The app allow diners to save time at hundreds of breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner places in Singapore. Eatsy’s mission is to make mobile ordering and payment the new way of life when dining out.
Eatsy is a Singapore-based restaurant technology company and is backed by East Ventures, Quest Ventures, as well as, angel investors including Wee Teng Wen, founder of The Lo & Behold Group, as well as, Roger Egan III, Vikram Rupani, and Rajesh Lingappa, co-founders of RedMart.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Eatsy’s monthly accounting cycle, review P&L entries, ensure accuracy of information and provide monthly insights on Eatsy’s accounts to the management team.
- Provide monthly reporting to Eatsy partners (merchants, banks, marketing partners etc).
- Conduct monthly financial analysis to provide Eatsy’s management team and investors with financial reports on KPIs.
- Provide ad hoc support with customer servicing, company administration and presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- We’re looking for a proactive individual with an ability to problem solve, ideally with previous internship experience.
- A very good understanding of financial analysis and experience following operational processes required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and prioritise work in order to stick to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality.
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Must be able to commit full-time for at least 4-6 months (LOA required if currently in school)
