Supporting eatigo’s Talent Acquisition team, you will help set up & manage our candidate tracking & HR systems.  You will be involved in the spotting of top talents and support our talent acquisition processes. Your support to our country and HQ managers will allow them to build their teams both quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Be involved in the setup and ongoing management of our candidate tracking and HR systems

Work closely with hiring managers to identify candidates that fit our acquisition needs by pre-screening. 

Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates, offers and onboarding

Maintain talent acquisition resources (e.g. job descriptions)
