Job Description
Customer Relationship Support
- Servicing and maintaining customer accounts
- Resolve employee benefit claims enquiries for customers
- Maintain client’s invoicing account
- Set up a CRM management system
- Research on customer’s journey, behaviour & retention touch points
- Generate marketing qualified leads online
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Managing customer relationships, engagement and sales cycle
- Apply principles of CRM learnt from school to real business world
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
- Set up & manage customer marketing campaigns
