We provide one-stop rapid procurement of electrical appliances and equipment parts for marine ship operators and offshore entities that have tight deadlines to meet. In addition, we provide electrical wiring/ rewiring services, Ship’s store, provision requisition and bond store.
Work location will be at Tuas South Street 5.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set month-end closing account
- Handle fixed assets (acquisition, disposal and monthly depreciation)
- Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecast
- Knowledge in GST & Major Exporter Scheme will be an advantage
- Ensuring proof of deliveries
- Handle other administrative matters
Requirements:
- Prefer with accounts qualification.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
