Job Description

• Generate the Service Notification and Collection Order for engine/equipment collection, create Customer   • Master and Sales Order in SAP system, and facilitate all pre-induction requirements as stipulated in the Collection Order  • Ensure all pre-induction requirements above such as customer PO, 9KPIs, ITC requirements, SAP set up, paperwork/technical data are completed, and support input meeting.  • Provide accurate, timely status reports and ensure excellent communication with customers on all matters  • Actively support and participate in EHS Projects and Initiatives  • Support the department in ongoing Process Improvement Initiatives and Projects to improve turnaround time for customers, and maintain strong customer satisfaction  • Ensure timely delivery of all maintenance related documents and packages such as Minipack and SWA to the customer upon completion of the engine maintenance.  • Support the Customer Account Manager in ensuring consistent positive Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) from customers
