Job Description

  • General Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs. Manage inventory, and vendor relationships. Ensure a clean and organized workspace. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and record keeping
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Act as a liaison between employees, management, and external contacts. Distribute internal communications and announcements
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and policies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Visitor and Guest Management: Greet and assist visitors and guests. Ensure a welcoming and professional reception area.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional experiences to customers
  • Good team player & able to interact well with all levels of staff
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and handle difficult situations with professionalism
