Founded in 2019 in Singapore, dtcpay is a licensed Major Payment Institution (MPI) under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and offers Digital Payment Token (DPT) services. We have expanded our global footprint with regulated subsidiaries in the Americas, Hong Kong and the Middle East.
dtcpay is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to assist our marketing team in creating and publishing marketing collateral. This role works closely with the team to build on existing marketing initiatives, to attract new users from different demographics, as well as improve engagement with our existing community.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in creating and curating engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including text, graphics, photos, and videos
● Manage different social media platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
● Measure and report on community-related metrics with a focus on driving impact
● Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions and respond appropriately, or escalate to the appropriate team member as needed
● Leverage market data by researching market trends and proposing new strategies
● Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply these insights to strategy
Requirements:
● A good understanding of social media best practices, involving: creating engaging content, effective usage of hashtags and keywords, monitoring social media metrics
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Responsible, organised and able to proactively find different solutions to challenging situations
● Passionate in growing and engaging communities
● Keen eye for detail and design
● Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
● Able to start immediately on a full-time basis for minimum 3 months
