Job Title: Part-Time Event Crew (Puller)
Salary: $15.00 – $20.00 / hour (Based on experience/performance)

Role Overview
We are looking for outgoing, energetic, and proactive individuals to join our team as Pullers. Your main goal is to be the "face" of our booth/store, engaging with passers-by and inviting them to learn more about our services/products.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactive Engagement: Approach potential customers in a friendly, non-intrusive manner.
• Crowd Pulling: Direct foot traffic toward our booth or storefront.
• Lead Generation: Briefly introduce our brand/promotion and hand out flyers or samples.
• Support: Assist the sales team by identifying interested leads.
Requirements
• Confidence is Key: You aren’t afraid to strike up a conversation with strangers.
• Positive Attitude: Maintain a bubbly and professional demeanor throughout the shift.
• Fluency: Good communication skills in English (extra languages are a plus!).
• Punctuality: We value team members who show up on time and ready to go.
• No prior experience required (training will be provided), but sales or flyering experience is a bonus.
