Analyse, plan and develop technical specifications and implementation plan in reference to project schedule and business requirements of clients.
· Manage cross-functional teams to delivery projects from initiation to closing.
· Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all members are actively working toward established milestones.
· Hold regular meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
· Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for members required for specific projects or initiatives.
· Plan and lead internal team, vendors and client teams on establishing best practices and implementation of action plans for achieving set objectives.
· Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
· Provide status updates and ensure projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
