Job Description

 

We are looking for a Vice President / COO this position reports to the President and will work in close conjunction with multiple stakeholders across the multiple business locations.· Talent assessments, bring depth of insight and add value to critical decisions regarding hiring and promotion selection, identifying high potentials, and engaging in leadership development. · Apply expert-level knowledge to talent assessment and executive coaching engagements. · Create trusted advisor partnerships with core clients and serve as a key account manager. · Develop a keen understanding and appreciation of clients’ strategic business goals, culture, values, and talent management needs. · Managing financial administration and fiscal accountability for a significant budget · Lead delivery of our product development.Must have at least 15 years of prior experience with minimum five years of experience performing similar duties, including significant experience working with senior level positions conducting selection and leadership development assessments. Experience in one or more of the following is desirable: managing software development team, coaching, leadership development, and succession planning. Strong written and oral communication skills, business acumen, intellectual curiosity and rigor, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Superior interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work effectively with senior level leaders. Postgraduate in Finance / IT / Management preferred.
