The Technical Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) will provide pre- and post-sales consulting and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Key responsibilities:
•Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
•Liaise with client to gather functional and technical requirements and documentation
•Manage project implementation, deployment of CRM modules and customize solutions
•Perform project scoping and estimation and fit-gap analysis
•Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
