Resource will be responsible for end to end ticket resolution b : Resource will be responsible for Analyze the problem with collected information c:Resources will be responsible Close issue with sufficient information for the client to understand and appreciate the answer with full satisfaction.

Provide Temenos T24 product and technical analysis of the defect clearly indicating the reason and resolution of the defect b: Experience in Temenos T24 Core, Customer, Accounts, Retail lending, Deposits modules with Arrangement architecture c: Experience with Accounting General Ledger processing in T24 d:Experience in Temenos Insight Temenos UXP would be an added advantage.
