Dow Technologies and Systems – Social Medial Professional

We are looking for Social Medial professional with 3+ years Experience User-friendly dashboard / platform.

• Able to schedule and publish content on Facebook Instagram and Twitter
• Able to create custom dashboard from a selection of metrics across the mentioned social media channels
• Able to integrate the above mentioned owned social media channels onto the same dashboard
• Able to respond to Instagram Comments, Facebook Comments and Direct Messages
• Able to compare what is the most common type of incoming query, complain or compliment
• Able to track the performance of both owned and similar social media profiles
• Able to provide data storage and/or track historical data
• Able to analyse data (from selection of metrics) across social media platforms
• Able to compare up to 10 profiles within the same dashboard
• Able to customise tags (such as content pillars) and tag the content to these content pillars to generate campaign-specific reports and comparative analysis
• Able to integrate all owned social media platforms’ into a single dashboard within the tool provided.
• Able to offer performance indicators to measure fan growth, analyze engagement rates and interactions of the mentioned channels
• Able to collect, and curate visual content on dashboard from Instagram, Facebook and Twitter Able to search content by hashtags, mentions, tagged images and via influencer
• Able to give platform user the ability to republish content that is selected, and/or collected on to end user’s own social media platforms.
